Side scrolling in the hotbar is reversed compared to 26.2. previously, scrolling to the right would move the selected slot to the right, and scrolling to the left would do the opposite. Now the selected slot moves in the opposite direction to the scroll direction.
At present this issue has only been noted on macOS, and it is unknown whether other OSs are affected.

For me, on Windows, this is the opposite of what happened. For me, on 26.2, side scrolling to the right would move the selected slot to the left and it moves it correctly in 26.3.
