Horizontal scroll direction is inverted on the Advancements Screen

Brief description:
When the Advancements Screen receives horizontal mouse wheel input, the page scrolls in the opposite direction of the wheel movement.

Detailed description:
This issue appears in the latest release. It did not occur in earlier releases (26.2 and before).

With a touchpad, swiping left makes the page scroll right, and the reverse is also true.

The first video below shows release 26.3, on the "Minecraft" tab of the Advancements Screen: the horizontal wheel direction is opposite to the actual page scroll direction.

The second video shows the same situation after a data pack is applied, where the inverted direction is even more obvious.
