In Minecraft 26.3, all types of hoes are unable to till the ground.

I’m also experiencing this issue, and shovels will not make path blocks as well. I’ve attached a screen recording.
@arielmakesstuff you can’t use a hoe, because you have a shield in your other hand,
to till the ground, you need to crouch or stop holding the shield
I’m presumptively resolving this into MC-309576. If you encounter this issue while not holding a shield, post a reply and I will reopen this report.
I cannot reproduce this, can you provide a video showing this?
