The tooltip of the "Quit Shortcuts" option calls the Command key "Cmd"

Relates to MC-311643.

In the Key Binds menu, the Command key is correctly referred to by its full name (Command). However, it is called “Cmd” when hovering over the Quit Shortcuts button, inconsistently with how Key Binds addresses it, much like is the case in MC-311643.

Expected behaviour would for “Command + Q” to be printed here instead. Much like the narrator hotkey tooltip, it may be worth making them operating system dependent as well, rather than using one across all operating systems.
