Mushroom Soup particles render like they would behind ice

Mushroom Soup particles appear to what they would be behind ice

What I expected to happen was...:
Regular Mushroom Soup particles appear

What actually happened was...:
I was walking on ice in a Tundra biome and started eating Mushroom Soup when I was hungry and I looked down and the particles looked like ice (later I realized that it was Mushroom Soup particles behind ice).
This may be some rendering bug thats hard to fix and someone may have posted something like this already but when I typed in the search nothing came up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You have to be hungry in survival mode
2. Stand on some ice and look down
3. Eat Mushroom Soup
