The Bug:
The options.macFullscreenMenuVisibility.tooltip string is improperly capitalized.
The word "Menu" within "menu bar" should not be capitalized. The Apple Style Guide lists the element in lower case, "menu bar: The bar at the top of the Mac screen", and writes the very phrase this string uses, "the macOS menu bar". Where macOS does capitalize it, as the name of the System Settings pane, both words are capitalized, so "Menu bar" matches neither form. "Dock" is the name of a macOS feature and is correctly capitalized here. Other strings leave the generic name of a screen element in lower case mid-sentence, for example "in-game pause menu" and "main menu", therefore introducing an inconsistency. The same problem was fixed for the word "Stopwatch" in MC-309916.
