[MC-312017] Redstone repeater

The Redstone repeater is glitching when I place it down, it is showing stone in place of the torch

Environment

This is on a newer iPad running pocket edition

The MC project is for Java reports, not Bedrock ones, and in any case the described behavior is a mechanic added intentionally. Resolving as Invalid for simplicity.
