I don`t know why, but this Villager is connected to the lectern that is near me, but by unknown reason i CAN`T get anymore sharpness enchantment, but i`m doing everything correct, is the chance for this enchantment now 0%? This screenshot can`t help a lot, but it shows that i didn`t do anything wrong and the Villager and lectern are really here.

Resolving as Invalid because there is no indication of anything beyond back luck here, and I myself did manage to get Sharpness after a bit of testing. The relevant data file seems fine (the offered book gets the minecraft:enchant_randomly modifier applied to it). This is just a frustrating mechanic, and there are surely data packs out there which mitigate the frustration in various ways. (For new worlds, the Villager Trade Rebalance experiment also makes it somewhat easier to get the desired first book, although the villager must be of the correct biome.)
