[MC-312078] The `options.hideMatchedNames.tooltip` string is improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings

The Bug:

The options.hideMatchedNames.tooltip string is improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings.

The word "servers" is a common noun in the middle of the sentence, so it should not be capitalized. Other strings that mention third-party servers write the word in lowercase, therefore introducing an inconsistency. The spelling of "3rd-party" in the same string is reported separately in MC-251754.
