[MC-312080] The `telemetry.event.world_loaded.description` string is improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings

The Bug:

The telemetry.event.world_loaded.description string is improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings.

This string lists examples of the data that the World Loaded event collects. Only "Game Mode" is capitalized, while the other examples, "client or server modded" and "game version", are written in lowercase, even though the Telemetry Data Collection screen lists all of them as properties. Other strings also write "game mode" in lowercase in the middle of a sentence, therefore introducing an inconsistency.
