The Bug:
The advancements.husbandry.uh_oh.title string is missing a hyphen between the words "Uh" and "Oh".
Dictionaries such as Merriam-Webster and the Oxford English Dictionary spell the interjection "uh-oh" with a hyphen. The Bedrock Edition achievement for the same action is already written with a hyphen ("Uh-oh."), therefore introducing an inconsistency between the two editions. As in the advancement title "Over-Overkill", the word after the hyphen would be capitalized, giving "Uh-Oh". Missing hyphens were also fixed in MC-304874 and MC-309918, and missing punctuation in the advancement title "Isn't It Iron Pick?" was fixed in MC-309903.

Just to be crystal clear, the Bedrock Edition achievement for the same action is already written with a hyphen ("Uh-oh."). I’ve added the “Parity” category to this ticket.
