The `chat.copy.click` string is improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings

The Bug:

The chat.copy.click string is improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings.

This string is shown when hovering over text in chat that can be clicked to copy it, for example the seed shown by the /seed command. Other hover text that starts with "Click to" is written in sentence case, for example "Click to teleport" and "Click to display next message", and the coordinates shown by the "/test pos" command have hover text with the same meaning, written in sentence case as "Click to copy to clipboard", therefore introducing an inconsistency. The Microsoft Style Guide also says to use sentence-style capitalization in tooltips.

This string was changed from "Click to copy to Clipboard" to "Click to Copy to Clipboard" in MC-185949, because "Click" and "Clipboard" were capitalized but "Copy" was not. However, "Click" is only capitalized because it is the first word of the string, and "Clipboard" should not have been capitalized either, since this is hover text and not a button. The string should have been changed to "Click to copy to clipboard" instead, as a comment on that report also pointed out. A request to capitalize "Click to teleport" in the same way was resolved as Works As Intended in MC-189881, six days after MC-185949 was fixed.
