Honeycomb item entities summoned from harvesting beehives and bee nests don’t spawn in the direction that the beehive or bee nest is facing

The Bug:

Honeycomb item entities summoned from harvesting beehives and bee nests don’t spawn in the direction that the beehive or bee nest is facing.

Please note that this is related to MC-160079, but not a duplicate. My report is about how the item entities aren’t summoned at the according block face of the beehive or bee nest. I believe this is a valid inconsistency because when shearing pumpkins, the pumpkin seeds are spawned at the block face you interacted with.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a beehive filled with honey by using the command provided below.

   /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:beehive[honey_level=5]

2. Obtain some shears, shear the beehive, and watch closely as to where the honeycomb item entities are spawned.

Observed Behavior:

The item entities are spawned inside the block.

Expected Behavior:

The item entities would be spawned at the face that the beehive or bee nest is facing.
