Sugar cane can be placed underwater

Sugar cane can be place above dirt and sand like above the surface, but underwater (the sugar cane replace water)

To reproduce it, you need to place sugar cane above dirt or sand, with full water blocks against the sand/dirt block where you place your sugar cane.
