Double clicking problem & issue with doors and trapdoors

A problem where I keep double clicking in game, when I only tap the button once. It's happening for both right and left click.

I also can’t open or close doors and trapdoors, the sound happens but they don’t move.

I have tried using an older version (1.21.11), and I do not have the same problem.
