[MC-312258] Some descriptive tooltip and error message strings lack a period, unlike similar strings

The Bug:

Some descriptive tooltip and error message strings lack a period, unlike similar strings.

Descriptive, full-sentence tooltips and error messages end with a period. Other strings of the same kind, such as gui.abuseReport.send.generic_error and gui.friends.error.upgrade_needed, end with one, while these strings are complete sentences yet omit it, therefore introducing an inconsistency. The same problem was fixed for other tooltip strings in MC-310182 and MC-311970, and for another Friends error string in MC-309927.

Display any of the affected strings as listed above by using the command provided below and replacing "XYZ" with the string's translation key.
