[MC-312291] Some jigsaw block tooltip strings are improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings

The Bug:

Some jigsaw block tooltip strings are improperly capitalized, unlike similar strings.

These two strings are the tooltips displayed when hovering over the "Placement Priority:" and "Selection Priority:" text boxes on the Jigsaw Block screen. Both refer to the block as "Jigsaw block", while the name of the block is "Jigsaw Block", as shown by block.minecraft.jigsaw, therefore capitalizing only half of the name. Other strings write multi-word names in full, for example "Note Block" and "Netherite Ingot", therefore introducing an inconsistency. The same kind of inconsistency was fixed for the name of the block itself in MC-139429 and for the advancements.husbandry.netherite_hoe.description string in MC-231458.

Steps to Reproduce:

Display any of the affected strings as listed above by using the command provided below and replacing "XYZ" with the string's translation key.

Observe the capitalization of the word "block" within the said strings.

Observed Behavior:

The word "block" is not capitalized.

Expected Behavior:

The word "block" would be capitalized.
