[MC-312407] Zombies and husks take damage while transforming into frostbite

When a zombie or husk starts transforming into frostbite, they take damage.

Can confirm this issue on 26.4 Snapshot 3.

I tested this with a zombie at 20.0 health. As it started transforming into a Frostbite, its health dropped to 13.0 without anything else damaging it.

Once the transformation finished, the resulting Frostbite had 24.0 health.

The damage consistently occurred during the transformation to a Frostbite.
