It is not the same bug as that one. That is about mobs stopping randomly while chasing, while this one refers to the zombified piglins slowing down as their sprint behavior is limited to a certain time.

it is fixed for naturally spawning zombie villagers but not the ones from the spawn egg.

i think this should be relooked into because all other mobs hold spears normally except for the mobs mentioned in this issue.

It occurs for players too when using bows and also crossbows, but it does not occur for other mobs that uses these weapons other than skeletons and players.
