Zombie villagers always spawn as their plains variant irrespective of the biome

Built a tower over a swamp in order to capture zombie swamp villagers. Was working fine before the update, but ever since, all that I get are zombie plains villagers. Every part of the tower platform says it’s in the swamp biome, and never saw zombie plains villagers there before.

This bug literally makes swamp nitwits impossible to get in survival!
