GUI rendering becomes corrupted when resizing a window with Vulkan on Intel UHD Graphics

The GUI rendering becomes severely corrupted when Minecraft is running
with the Vulkan graphics backend in a non-fullscreen window.

The corruption changes when the window is resized. In fullscreen mode
the GUI renders normally.

The GUI interaction/layout itself appears to remain correct. For
example, buttons can still be hovered and activated at their expected
logical positions even when their visual representation is rendered
elsewhere.

Large black rectangular areas and displaced/clipped GUI elements are
visible in the main menu.

This appears to be a rendering issue rather than a GUI layout/input
issue.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Minecraft Java Edition 26.4 Snapshot 3 on Windows 11.

  2. Use Vulkan as the Graphics API.

  3. Open the main menu.

  4. Run Minecraft in a window rather than fullscreen.

  5. Resize the window.

  6. Observe the GUI.

The exact appearance of the corruption changes depending on the size
of the window.

  1. Switch to fullscreen.

  2. Observe that the GUI renders normally again.

  3. Return to windowed mode and/or resize the window again.

Observed result

The GUI becomes visually corrupted in windowed mode.

GUI elements may appear displaced, clipped, or partially replaced by
large black rectangular areas.

The corruption changes when the window dimensions change.

Despite the visual corruption, the GUI's logical interaction areas
appear to remain in their expected positions. Buttons can still react
to mouse hover/click at the position where they should normally be.

Expected result

The GUI should be rendered correctly at all window sizes, with the
visual position of each GUI element matching its logical position.

Resizing the window should not corrupt the GUI rendering.

Additional information

The problem does not occur in fullscreen mode.

The issue occurs with the Vulkan rendering backend.

The game log reports:

Using graphics backend Vulkan
Using graphics device: Intel(R) UHD Graphics (INTEL)

This is a fresh/new vanilla instance created in Prism Launcher.
No mods, shaders, or resource packs were installed.

A screen recording demonstrating the issue is attached.
