Icicle models use deprecated "shade" boolean

Template models associated with the newly implemented icicle blocks specify “shade”: false in several places.

As of 26.3 snapshot 3, this specific setting was removed and replaced with the shade direction override system (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-26-3-snapshot-3 ). These newly implemented blocks using a removed parameter seems incorrect. Perhaps they were merged in from an earlier branch? Or the modelling software hasn’t updated its handling of shading?

To fix, the affected lines should be replaced with the shade direction override setting accordingly.
