Tabs in the friends and other players menus don’t render with a white outline when open and selected

The Bug:

Tabs in the friends and other players menus don’t render with a white outline when open and selected.

This is a noticeable problem for keyboard navigation users. There is currently no way to tell when a tab that’s open is selected. I’ve attached a narrated video which hopefully explains the problem clearly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the friends menu and observe how the “Friends” tab is currently selected.

2. Now press the right arrow key and observe how the “Requests” tab is open.

3. Observe if any of the tabs render with a white outline when they are open and selected.

Observed Behavior:

The said tabs don’t render with a white outline when open and selected.

Expected Behavior:

The said tabs would render with a white outline when open and selected.
