MC-312592

ore_gravel is placed in a different location than in 26.4-snap-3 breaking feature order cycles

What happened:

26.4-snapshot-3 removed minecraft:ore_gravel from biome files

26.4-snapshot-4 re-added minecraft:ore_gravel back into biome files, but placed it differently than in 26.4-snapshot-3 and earlier…

26.4-snapshot-3 and earlier:

"minecraft:ore_dirt",

"minecraft:ore_gravel",

"minecraft:ore_granite_upper",

"minecraft:ore_granite_lower",

26.4-snapshot-4:

"minecraft:ore_dirt",

"minecraft:ore_granite_upper",

"minecraft:ore_granite_lower",

"minecraft:ore_gravel",

Why this matters:

Any existing biome files present in datapacks that were made prior to this change now cause the error:

[13:15:34] [Render thread/ERROR]: Reported exception thrown!
net.minecraft.ReportedException: Exception generating new chunk

…

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Feature order cycle found, involved sources: [Reference{ResourceKey[minecraft:worldgen/biome / minecraft:old_growth_birch_forest]=net.minecraft.world.level.biome.Biome@7a0c38b3}, Reference{ResourceKey[minecraft:worldgen/biome / minecraft:deep_dark]=net.minecraft.world.level.biome.Biome@5cbd4c13}]

Conclusion:

I believe that when MC-312379 was fixed, ore_gravel was mistakenly placed in the wrong location.
