Wait, how does show_notitication in the recipe files affect / compare to show_toast in the advancement recipe files?
So, just to be clear, it's a feature request to have the /give command be able to give the player something that can be seen in the /data command results, despite the fact that this is inconsistent with every other situation?
I thought it might be worth noting that this "bug fix" did end up getting implemented into the game, as the #sand block tag now affects cactus placement 🙂

@Dhranios I understand that the blog posts have mistakes, and yes, I did notice the "text' and I am aware of inconsistencies with plurality in tags, however, given that both of these two issues applied in this case, I figured it was within the realm of possibility that the singular form was not intended. SlicedLime's video, which I know isn't technically official, also shows the plural form, for instance.Â
Agh, Dhranios is right. I always have Invulnerable and NoAI on at the same time, and I made the mistake of not having Invulnerable set to true...

Yes, it does. Additionally, since this was not reported in the changelog for 26.4 Snapshot 4, it will result in many people having an error message (and a game crash) and not knowing what to do.
