When a polar bear is in water and receives knockback, it travels farther than other mobs under the same conditions. It appears that the water drag/resistance applied to the polar bear’s knockback velocity is lower than for other mobs, so the knockback distance is increased. This behavior is inconsistent with other mobs in water.
