Sculk sensors aren't activated upon ice melting in the Nether

The Bug:

Sculk sensors aren’t activated upon ice melting in the nether.

Melting ice sends out a vibration that sculk sensors pick up, but in the nether, melting ice simply disappears, so no vibration is produced.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the nether and place down a sculk sensor.

2. Place down a light source nearby along with some ice.

3. Wait for the ice to melt and watch the sculk sensor closely.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors aren’t activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
