Lava can start fires next to crimson and warped shelves

The Bug:

Lava can start fires next to crimson and warped shelves.

Crimson and warped wood is fireproof, meaning that lava should never start a fire next to crimson or warped shelves. Lava never starts fires next to crimson or warped planks, doors, signs or other wood blocks, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon some lava along with crimson and warped shelves by using the commands provided below.

   /fill ~-10 ~-1 ~1 ~10 ~-1 ~10 minecraft:lava

   /fill ~-1 ~ ~1 ~-10 ~ ~10 minecraft:crimson_shelf

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~10 ~ ~10 minecraft:warped_shelf

2. Watch the shelves from a distance for about a minute and observe if the lava ignited them at any point.

Observed Behavior:

Lava sets fire to the spaces next to the shelves.

Expected Behavior:

Lava would not set fires to the spaces next to the shelves.
