Regular Ice and Brittle Ice allow the player to see water below them

Regular ice and Brittle ice somehow have the ability to allow you to see water beneath them

Steps to reproduce:

Place regular ice or brittle ice above another regular ice block at a Frozen River and observe how you can or are visibly able to see water CLEARLY under them.

Expected result: Water would not be able to be seen through the ice blocks

Observed result:

Water IS able to be seen through the ice blocks
