The game crashes when a shulker's `Peek` value is lowered while it is above 100

The Bug:

The game crashes when a shulker's Peek value is lowered while it is above 100.

A shulker's Peek value can be set above 100 with commands, which opens its shell further than normal. When this value is then lowered to another value above 100, the game crashes. This did not happen in 26.4 Snapshot 2.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Summon a shulker with a Peek value of 120 by using the command provided below.

    /summon minecraft:shulker ~ ~ ~3 {NoAI:1b,Peek:120b}
  2. Wait for the shulker to finish opening.

  3. Lower the Peek value of the shulker to 110 by using the command provided below.

    /data merge entity @e[type=minecraft:shulker,limit=1,sort=nearest] {Peek:110b}
  4. Observe if the game crashes.

Observed Behavior:

The game crashes.

Expected Behavior:

The game would not crash.
