Snow golem attack range is significantly reduced

Since 26.4-snpahot 3 snow golems no longer attack mobs up to 16 blocks away like they did in the previous versions. Instead the range is decreased to 10.

1. Capture a snow golem in a cage
2. Spawn a hostile mob in a cage 11 blocks away
3. Make sure both mobs have line of sight

Expected result: snow golem will shoot the mob like it did before. It doesn’t.
