The player options and cancel request icons in the friends menu don't align with the UI pixel grid

The Bug:

The player options and cancel request icons in the friends menu don't align with the UI pixel grid.

The player options button next to each friend draws its 16x16 icon at 24x24, so some of its pixels are doubled. The cancel request button draws its 16x16 icon at 12x12, so some of its pixel rows and columns are missing. Other icons in the friends menu are drawn at their own sizes correctly, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make sure you have at least one friend and one outgoing friend request.

2. Open the friends menu and look at the player options button next to a friend.

3. Open the “Requests” tab and look at the cancel request button.

4. Observe if the icons of these buttons adhere to the UI pixel grid.

Observed Behavior:

The icons of the player options and cancel request buttons don't align with the UI pixel grid.

Expected Behavior:

The player options and cancel request icons would align with the UI pixel grid.
