Sticky Pistons do not retract armor stands

When you use a sticky piston, it does not retract the armor stand at all, but, it can push it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place an armor stand in front of a sticky piston and activate the sticky piston with a lever

2. Activate the lever again and observe how it does not push the sticky piston

Expected result: The armor stand would be retracted by the sticky piston

Actual Result: The armor stand is not retracted by the sticky piston
