Sulfur cubes with the 'cold' archetype do not turn water into frosted ice when falling on top of it.

When a sulfur cube falls onto water, and it has the ‘cold’ archetype, it however cannot turn that water into frosted ice when it falls onto it

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Summon a sulfur cube by using the command /summon minecraft:sulfur_cube and put a blue ice block inside of it

  2. Make sure it is on a singular block in the air many blocks off the surface and that it is above water (it could be on top of something like a stone block)

  3. Push the sulfur cube off into the water

  4. Observe how it splashes down into the water and cannot turn it into frosted ice compared to pushing it off from a solid block on the surface and into the water

Expected Result:

The water would be able to turn into frosted ice per the sulfur cube landing on top of that water.

Observed and actual result:

The sulfur cube however does NOT turn the water into frosted ice per it landing on top of that water.
