In the 26.4 snapshot-4 and snapshot-5, updates were made to the entity tag #immune_to_freezing to define mobs that no longer receive the Freezing effect.
However, Skeletons are missing from this entity list and can still receive the Freezing status effect. As a comparison, a Zombie is included in the tag and no longer receives the effect, whereas a Skeleton in the same state still does.
Note: This only concerns the status effect immunity.
