[MC-312981] Sulfur Cubes with the cold archetype create frosted ice on non-source block water

When a sulfur cube has the “cold” archetype, and pushed over water, frosted ice is generated, despite the water not being a source block.

This also leads to a source block of water being made when the frosted ice melts

Can confirm

It's in data/minecraft/sulfur_cube_archetype/cold.json

matching_fluids checks for water, but it is missing "state": {"source": "true"}

This allows it to replace flowing water too, which melts into a source block.
