Text on item tooltips now apply a line break if the string surpasses a certain length

The bug

Text on item tooltips now apply a line break if the string surpasses a certain length, which wasn’t the case in 26.3. This causes items with long names or even ids to apply a line break after a certain character length, as well as line breaks on items with custom text.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the creative inventory.

2. Search for a splash potion of the turtle master.

3. Hover over it.

Expected result

The item name would not contain line breaks.

Observed result

The item name now contains a line break.
