Tooltips now line wrap

In the latest snapshot item tooltips started line wrapping for lines wider than 170 pixels.

This used to only happen for button tooltips but now applies to items as well.

Reproduction:

1. Open a world

2. Hover on an item with a long name or ID (w/ advanced tooltips)

3. Observe the tooltip shown

Expected:

• The item name/ID stay on one line and do not advance to a new line

Actual:

• Item names/IDs are split to another line
