The outputs of "/effect" command is in English though current language is Simplified Chinese

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Switch the language to Simplified Chinese

  2. Execute the “/effect” command correctly

  3. View the outputs of this command

Expected result

The outputs will display in Simplified Chinese, just like in 26.4 snapshot-6

Actural result

The outputs is displayed in English, though current language is Simplified Chinese

There are something wrong cause I can’t upload medias ㅠωㅠ

Snapshot 7 introduced new keys such as commands.effect.give.success.single.new but they are missing from zh_cn.json
