Portal And tile.null.name (Nether Portal And End Portal Block) Still exist in the game, even though they are technical blocks.(I think) Is this intended?

I think his issue is that Mojang said they were making technical blocks unaquireable/unplacable, even with the /give command. I don't know if they fully implemented it yet.
Edit: in the 17w37a certain block IDs that are technical blocks are in the change log on the Wiki saysing that they can't be aquired using the /give command. I'm guessing this is one of them and if it is, then its a bug. If not then its probably not a bug.
