[MC-3160] /clear restoring items when the inventory is opened quickly after issuing command

In creative mode if you use the /clear command to clear your inventory, and then quickly open the inventory screen your items are replaced

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
