When loading the game with 13w38a the main menu appeared in a small box in the bottom left, I tried resizing the window, it did nothing, opening a world and exiting also did not fix the problem.
The menu buttons activate in the location where they would be but are rendered wrong.

I uploaded a screenshot of the window. As you can see I have the same problem on an entirely different OS.
When opening the game (for me) it appears a black background. After entering a world and leaving it turns out blue.
I have the same problem. The main menu is small, but if you want to click on any of the buttons on the main menu, you need to hover the mouse over the blank space where the buttons would be if the menu was displaying properly. I have found that this only happens with the main menu, if you go into other menus, such as options or singleplayer/multiplayer, the screen then displays properly, but only on those menus. Going back to the main menu will return you to the buggy small display. When you go into a world the game then displays properly again.

This same issue is happening to me I have windows vista and I've tried alot of things but nothing is working. Please help. Except mine is a windows vista PC.

I am running 32 bit Java and Windows Vista.
