Hate this bug,When i harvest sugar canes it laggs and sugar canes freezes _

No it happens on bukkit and vanilla and the server is 0tx.org.it laggs and freezes it takes 5-10 seconds for it to obtain or pick or became entity.it happens on every server.and on vanilla.
Could you provide more information please? What kind of server is this? Maybe Bukkit? Is this the only problem with this server? I'm pretty sure this is not a problem with the vanilla game. There are thousands of people harvesting sugar canes on thousands of servers. No problem.
