[MC-31981] destruction Anim of blocks are gone

with default Ressources Pack destruction anims of blocks you destroy in Survival mode does not show up, loading a diffrent ressources pack does not help , destruction animation still missing

Works fine on my side. Are you sure you're using 13w38b and not 13w38a? This is a dublicate of MC-31651 which was fixed in 13w38b!

Unable to reproduce in 13w38c, marked as fixed 13w38b... please verify you are running the latest snapshot.

I still suspect you were running the wrong snapshot version... however that said, it doesn't really matter which snapshot it's resolved in as long as it's been resolved and does not show up in a production release.
