[MC-32209] Tab key not working

When removing a scoreboard objective (dummy) from the list slot. It becomes impossible to see the "list player" menu. It is rather annoying and i hope it can be fixed soon.

Confirmed. Commands to reproduce:

/scoreboard objectives add test dummy
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay list test
/scoreboard objectives remove test

Then press tab.

I don't even get the bug description.
In single player there is no player list until a dummy scoreboard is created.
But if that dummy scoreboard is removed, the player list won't show up again -> Intended.

This was never a valid issue:
In singleplayer the player list only shows up, if there is any objective. The player list doesn't show up before adding the objective and doesn't show up after removing the objective.
In multiplayer the player list shows before adding, while having and after removing the objective.
