[MC-32716] gamerule CommandBlockOutput false does not work in latest snapshot

So, while using /summon for a fountain, i turned command block output to false, and it kept saying Object successfully soummoned.

Environment

Latest Java 64 bit, Windows 7, HP Custom Built Gaming Computer
