[MC-32910] Can't join Server

I'm running my own server via my computer. When I open Minecraft and want to join it crashes and gives a crash-report (attached).
I'm also attaching the latest server log file.

Try to update your Graphics Card driver, this is usually realted to that kind of problems.

There is no newer driver. Crashes with latest AMD Catalyst 13.10 beta --> MC-31618
