Player names are not visible through blocks

What I expected to happen was...:
On multi-player, other player names should be seen through blocks.

What actually happened was...:
Instead, player names are invisible through blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On multi-player have one player stand behind a wall of blocks
2. You will notice that their name is no longer visible

More Information:
Names are only visible through blocks that are see-through. (ex. glass & ice) Below are examples from 13w37b when the names were visible and from 13w39b when the names are not visible
