Reloaded local game: Map cursor stuck

When I play MC 13w39b in local single player mode, have a map in my inventory (which displays my current location and looking direction fine), I leave the game, and reload the local SP game again, then the cursor on the in-game map is locked, it does not move or turn anymore, until I completely quit MC and restart it.

Applies to both Creative and Survival mode.
