[MC-33152] /setblock is add 1 to the X coordinate.

Using /setblock with a command block adds one to the x coordinate (e.g. Command in a command block: /setblock 1000 50 20 minecraft:stone 0 replace. It would place a block of stone on 1001 50 20.
